Your money

What is the difference between Withdrawable and Held?

Held is money you have earned that the office has not released yet. Withdrawable is money the office has released and you can request now. You only ever request Withdrawable money.

When is held money released?

The office releases held commissions after checking the enrolment or purchase they came from. You do not need to do anything to move it along — once released, it appears under Withdrawable.

Why is some of my released money not withdrawable?

Money already inside a payout request that is still waiting for the office is set aside, so it is not counted twice. It comes back to Withdrawable only if that request is declined.

Why do two commissions on the same amount show different percentages?

Each commission keeps the rate that applied on the day it was earned. If a rate changes later, entries already earned keep their original rate.

What does "Reversed" mean?

A reversed commission was cancelled — for example, the purchase it came from was voided. It stays in your history so you can see what happened, but it is not counted in any total.

Payouts

How do I request a payout?

Go to Payouts and tap Request. A payout is always your whole Withdrawable balance, sent in one payment to the destination on file.

How long does a payout take?

The office reviews every request before sending it. You can follow its status under Payouts → Payout history: Waiting for the office, then Sent.

My payout was declined. What now?

The reason is shown on the payout in your history. Most often the account name does not match the GCash or bank record — correct it under Where your money goes, then request again.

How do I change where my money goes?

On Payouts, under Where your money goes, tap + Add to save another GCash or bank account (up to five), or Change on an account to edit it. Payouts always go to your Default account — tap Set as default on another one to switch. The account name must match the GCash or bank record exactly.

Your network

What is the difference between an Agent and a Referral?

An Agent has a login, can invite others, and earns from their own network — which earns for you too. A Referral has no login; their PhilHealth enrolments and GAMOT APP purchases earn for the agent who referred them.

How do I invite someone?

Go to Invite and share your link or QR code. The person fills in a short form (name, company, city, phone and PhilHealth PIN if they have one) and appears in your downline as Invited. You can also add them yourself with Register a referral.

Can the people I invite refer others too?

Not through your link — it registers them as your referral, with no login. To become an agent with their own Corevia Plus account, they need to ask the office.

Do I earn just for inviting people?

No. Commissions come only from real PhilHealth enrolments and GAMOT APP purchases made by people in your network. Signing someone up earns nothing by itself.

What do Pending, Registered and On hold mean on a referral?

They show how far the office has taken that referral. If a referral is On hold or Cancelled, the office's note under their name says why.

Your account

I forgot my password.

Contact the office. They will confirm it is you and reset it, then you choose a new password the next time you sign in.

How do I change my password?

Open Account → Edit account and use Change password. You stay signed in on this phone; anywhere else you are signed in will be signed out.

My name or mobile number is wrong.

These come from your member record at the office. Ask the office to correct it and it will show here.
