Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Med iQ collects, uses and protects personal information through Corevia Plus, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Med iQ is the personal information controller. Corevia Plus is its portal for referral agents.

1. What we collect

• About you: name, username, mobile number, member ID, referral code and account status, from your member record.
• Your payout destination: the account name, provider (such as GCash or a bank) and account number you enter.
• Your earnings: commissions, payout requests and their status.
• People you refer: the first name, last name and mobile number you enter when registering a referral.
• Your profile photo, if you add one.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic server logs such as IP address and time of access.

2. Why we use it

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To show your earnings, network and payout history.
• To calculate commissions and send payouts to you.
• To contact the people you refer about enrolment or purchases.
• To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and audit obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising.

3. People you refer

When you register a referral, you confirm that the person agreed to share their details with Med iQ. We use those details only to reach them about PhilHealth enrolment or GAMOT APP, and to credit you for their activity.

4. Who can see it

• Authorised Med iQ staff who manage the referral network and payouts.
• Payment providers (such as GCash or your bank), only as needed to send your payout.
• Government agencies when the law requires it.

Other agents never see your details. Agents above you see your name, the date you joined and part of your mobile number, with the middle digits hidden.

5. How we protect it

• Your records are kept in Med iQ’s systems. Corevia Plus keeps no copy of your earnings or network. It reads them from Med iQ each time you open a screen.
• Connections are encrypted, and the credential that links Corevia Plus to Med iQ is stored encrypted and never sent to your phone.
• Account and mobile numbers are partly hidden on screen.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for payouts, accounting, tax and legal requirements. It is then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• be informed about how your data is processed;
• access your personal information and get a copy;
• correct information that is wrong;
• object to processing, or ask for erasure or blocking where the law allows;
• data portability;
• file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
