Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Corevia Plus, the agent portal of the Med iQ referral network. Corevia Plus is operated by Med iQ (“Med iQ”, “we”, “us”). By signing in, you agree to them.

1. Your account

  • Accounts are created by the Med iQ office. You cannot sign up on your own.
  • Your account is personal. Do not share your username or password, and tell the office straight away if you think someone else has used it.
  • You are responsible for what is done through your account.
  • The information on your member record must be true and current. Ask the office to correct anything that is wrong.

2. How commissions are earned

  • You earn a commission only when a person in your network makes a real, recorded PhilHealth enrolment or GAMOT APP purchase. Inviting or registering someone earns nothing by itself.
  • Commission rates and the number of network levels that are paid are set by Med iQ and may change. Each commission keeps the rate that applied on the day it was earned.
  • A commission may be reversed if the enrolment or purchase behind it is cancelled, voided, refunded, or found to be invalid.
  • The figures in Corevia Plus come from Med iQ’s records, which are the official record of what you have earned.

3. Held money and payouts

  • New commissions are held until the office releases them. Only released (withdrawable) money can be paid out.
  • A payout request covers your whole withdrawable balance. The office reviews every request and may approve, delay or decline it.
  • You must give an accurate payout destination in your own name. Med iQ is not responsible for money sent to a destination you entered incorrectly.
  • Med iQ may ask you to verify your identity before paying out, and may deduct amounts required by law, such as taxes.

4. Referring people

  • Only register a referral with that person’s permission, and only with their real name and mobile number.
  • Do not make false or misleading claims about Med iQ, PhilHealth, GAMOT APP, or how much anyone can earn.
  • Do not create fake referrals, refer yourself under another name, or arrange enrolments or purchases only to generate commissions.

5. Suspension and ending your account

Med iQ may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, is used fraudulently, or is inactive, and may withhold or reverse commissions connected to that conduct. You can ask the office to close your account at any time. Released commissions owed to you at closing will be handled under the rules in section 3.

6. The service

We work to keep Corevia Plus available and accurate, but it may occasionally be unavailable or show figures that are later corrected. To the extent the law allows, Med iQ is not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the portal.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use Corevia Plus after a change means you accept it.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
